We have been commercial sheep farmers for over 40 years, and introduced British Milksheep into the flock in 1987 to improve the flock’s profitability.
We also have a flock of Hampshire Down sheep, all of which are in the top 5% of the EBLEX Index rating, and indeed won ‘Most Improved Flock of the Year’ in 2011.
In addition we find that Hampshire Downs crossed with British Milksheep as terminal sires have produced excellent growth rates and good conformation.
